I recently started using food delivery services more due to the pandemic. As a fellow small business owner, I also wanted to ensure my purchases stayed as local as possible. I have been impressed with DeliverMeFood's service, and it's a bonus that DeliverMeFood is a Cleveland based company. I haven't had any issues, but I feel that if I did, DeliverMeFood would do their best to resolve any problems based on other reviews. I've had issues with other delivery services where I was told "oh well, it's not our problem" and have ended up calling/going to the food establishment myself to fix the problem. If I'm stuck in the office or need a break from cooking, you guys will be my go to food delivery service! :)
We only use DeliverMeFood for our office food deliveries. They have proven to have great customer service, time and time again. Even when a restaurant made an admitted error on our order, and was unwilling to give us a fair credit, DeliverMeFood stepped up to the plate, and gave us an unsolicited credit. DeilverMeFood's service has always been impeccable, deliveries timely and food always hot. And, unlike their competitors, if a restaurant is unable to fulfill something on our order, or if a restaurant is closed, due to COVID-19, Dave calls and asks what we want to do and takes care of it for us, every time! The other delivery services just cancel the order entirely, and do it an hour+ past its original deliver time, and leave you hanging, or the orders are never right or they're cold. Regardless of fault, the couple times we were missing an item (we use them 2-3 times a week), DeliverMeFood either gave us a credit and/or ran back to the restaurant to get what was missing. We think the world of Dave and his team, especially Darrell. If a restaurant isn't on the DeliverMeFood list, we don't get it! I will recommend them every time, nobody does it better!!!

Dave and Delivermefood have saved me more times than i'd like to admit. The customer service and follow-through with this delivery service is second to none. i use this company for my sales meetings and corporate lunches, usually between 8-20 ppl.
I love this company. They've been around for years - way before any of the App based delivery services. They are well organized, I can plan my night and meal well in advance, if I want to, and rest assured that everything will be delivered perfectly on time at my scheduled delivery date. Plus, the drivers are always friendly. And I prefer to support locally owned businesses!
First time order today. Lunch order arrived 15 minutes earlier than estimated, driver was courteous, and the food I expected to be warm was warm. I will use the service again.
I've been using deliver me food for well over 10 years. They are reliable. They are not the same as the others like Door Dash , Uber Eats..etc. They are better. It's not just anybody off the streets delivering your food. Never had an issue with delivery.
What an exceptional company! I was able to send a meal to my mom for Christmas even though I live in Mexico. I placed the order several days in advance. Dave called to make sure I knew the restaurant I had chosen had earlier Christmas hours and that no worries they’d be able to pick it up earlier and deliver to my mom. I so appreciated the call with the changes. The food was delivered hot and packaged perfectly. Many thanks and I’ll definitely use this service again in the future!
